Join Rachel Wall, Nutrition and Health Program Specialist with ISU Extension and Outreach, as she teaches the basics of canning, freezing, and dehydrating. The workshop will cover the tools, prep, and the steps necessary to preserve food. The class will also cover basic knife skills and participants will get hands-on practice by preparing fresh salsa.
